Coca-Cola HBC Czech Republic and Coca-Cola HBC Slovakia are the leading companies in the food industry in both countries, in which they operates as a manufacturer of branded soft drinks from The Coca-Cola Company. They offer the products to more than 15 million consumers in these two countries. Manufacture and distribute a unique portfolio of quality brands of soft drinks, brings to the market an enthusiasm for a great execution and emphasize their role in corporate social responsibility.

Main task

The main and principal task was the audit and the mystery shopping of selected events, including monitoring the weather, product temperatures, etc.

HOW WE DID IT

For the company Coca-Cola, we regularly and for several years provide a complex mystery shopping including e.g. a control of: product quality, work of promoters, temperature or weight of products, quality of the sampling realisation (tastings, promotions, etc.) and other interesting data. We provide a Mystery shopping services including any communication with the implementing agency (in order to ensure a remedy for identified deficiencies), and all-in-one reporting.

We provide to the Coca-Cola management a clear data eg. in the list of the maps with the division according to Sales and KAM structures. Of course there are links to source data, photographs documenting any alert reports, imports and export according to the structures and many other options.

Centropen logo

monit contributed to the success of a Centropen long-term campaign. For the company Centropen, the Czech manufacturer of high-quality writing and drawing implements with a widespread use, we realized within a month, in cooperation with the creative agency McCann-Erickson Prague, a very interesting mystery shopping in 550 premises in the Czech Republic and 150 premises in Slovakia. Thanks to our two-round mystery shopping, supplemented by a specialized merchandising, the traditional Czech brand gained a marketing success. After monit participated in this project a Centropen product recommendation increased to 83 % across the Czech Republic and Slovakia; more information here.

Philips logo

For the company Philips we conducted a mystery shopping in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in conjunction with many different promo-activities such as: SDA (Sales Development Assistant) - sales promotion, Saeco - coffee, Multicooker - multipurpose pot, Garment Care - irons, Floor Care - vacuum cleaners, Male Grooming - men's shaving, Click & Style and many others. All mystery shopping were carried out in collaboration with the creative agency Geometry global or OgilvyAction, and their results, there was a significant improvement in performance of promo-activities (immediately after the first wave of mystery shopping) and increase in sales by about 18 %.

Perito logo

The company Perito, the Czech manufacturer mostly of a door panels, with its authority in the Czech Republic since 1999, was looking for a suitable supplier of a complex control system and subsequent optimization of the sales network. In cooperation with the communication agency Media Age the whole sales network has been analysed and optimized with demonstrable benefit not only for the company Perito, but also for their end customers.
