About the client
Coca-Cola HBC Czech Republic and Coca-Cola HBC Slovakia are the leading companies in the food industry in both countries, in which they operates as a manufacturer of branded soft drinks from The Coca-Cola Company. They offer the products to more than 15 million consumers in these two countries. Manufacture and distribute a unique portfolio of quality brands of soft drinks, brings to the market an enthusiasm for a great execution and emphasize their role in corporate social responsibility.
Main task
The main and principal task was to monitor and regular monthly audit (control) execution on the market, while the work of sales representatives and the entire sales team was monitored and evaluated. At that time it was about 500 employees of Coca-Cola HBC. Other parameters monitored during the audit were the accounting and control of: POS / POP materials, client's refrigeration systems, standards compliance, etc.

HOW WE DID IT
The cooperation actually started in December 2007, at first in the Czech Republic and then it spread to Slovakia. At the beginning four agencies "shared" this audit project. But monit and his services proved best. Therefore, over time, monit and Coca-Cola HBC cooperation expanded on the entire territory of the Czech and Slovak Republics and monit centrally replaced all of these agencies.
The whole project included: control of the market execution, control of the sales representatives, record and control system: POS / POP materials, client’s refrigeration system, setting standards, etc. Monthly, we operated with a minimum of 200,000 unique data. This consisted of a complete service including all processes, reports, surveys and analyses. All outputs were accessible for the online interface with a presentation charts in full-screen, the possibility of importing and exporting data (Excel, PDF, SQL, ...).
We provide to the Coca-Cola management a clear data eg. in the list of the maps with the division according to Sales and KAM structures. Of course there are links to source data, photographs documenting any alert reports, imports and export according to the structures and many other options.

About the client
The company Emco is one of the leading food companies in the Czech Republic. It was founded in 1990 by Zdeněk Jahoda. Emco focuses on the production and distribution of high quality food products corresponding to a healthy lifestyle. It includes crispy and topped muesli, muesli biscuits, corn and whole grain cereal, oatmeal and cereal products for children. Emco keeps a long-standing dominance especially in the segment of a muesli with a market share of 53 %.
Main task
The company Emco, as well as supplier of branded foods in many Czech Republic and Slovakia, sought an effective and useful tool for monitoring of sales representatives and measurement of market shares, including OOS, etc.

HOW WE DID IT
The cooperation actually started in December 2007, at first in the Czech Republic and then it spread to Slovakia and included: control of sales representatives’ work, retail audit, OOS register and many other parameters. Gradually, the cooperation extended eg. on brands: Emco, Panzani, Katjes, Cuetara, Carbonell, Bertolli, Lorenz, etc.
