We offer solutions for the digitalization and automation of delivery notes. The system eliminates the need for manually transcribing data and makes it easier to enter data in to the system.
How does it work?
The first step is the digitization of incoming delivery notes and their conversion into electronic form (typically scanning, e-mail).
Our smart OCR tool processes the document and converts it into text form, which is followed by a validation process. Validation can be carried out against an existing product database according to its available data.
Subsequently, data are exported and automatically imported into the client’s information system.
